When I lived in Las Cruces, NM, I knew people who went to Juarez for various procedures, mostly dental. Most of them stopped doing that. Not because the care was bad, but because of the sheer amount of violence made it unattractive. Considering the RealID crap that’s now in force I’d bet that even fewer are going to Juarez.
Tijuana is quite nice, actually. Remove the drug cartel killings - the direct result of the American appetite for narcotics - and it’d be more peaceful than any similarly sized US city.
Yes of course-again American doctors tend to be more experienced plus American women have more access to birth control.

It is not to oppress abortion? In fact a whole lot of men hope to manipulate their women to have abortions to escape responsibility for their actions.

Well removing drug cartel killings is like saying removing the communist government in North Korea will make it a nicer place-something pretty obvious but very hard to achieve.
Getting an abortion IS one way of taking responsibility. And you are basically in this line of reasoning saying that women should be punished because of those men, which makes no sense.
Because they are evil. I’m going to take a bold stance here and say that racism and mass murder are bad things.
Legalize drugs in America. Boom, the drug cartels collapse along with their violence.
I don’t think ‘knowledge’ is quite the word you are looking for. 
Than again what about those men who manipulate their girlfriends or whatever to have abortions? Do you believe it is immoral?

Assuming they actually exist, yes. That doesn’t mean you punish women for what men do.

Yes. Making them illegal has done nothing but enrich criminal organizations and create violence. Making them available in some legal if highly regulated fashion would gut the drug cartels.
