The entire east coast is devastated just before the election, those people need government help. What better government champion than the democrat in charge and what a great counter point to the Katrina mismanagement the week before election day! \*Yeah this OP is stupid, but is still on par with most of whats here already. ---

I think this whole ‘Sandy’ thing was set-up to disgrace the climate change deniers, along with the other major storms the US seems to be enjoying every 6 months. ---
