I was not ruffied for sure as far as I know. If I was ruffied it would have been done at the hostel in my bottle of water. But as far as I know my bottle of water was fine unless the rapist was waiting for me to arrive and planned it. I figured he just saw me laying there and decided to rape me if it happened and did not plan it considering he wouldnt know what time I was arriving back at the place. The doctor isnt going to save me from hiv dude if I go. Thats already a done deal if I got raped and caught it. Im screwed I guess if it happened. I mean surely I would wake up during a freaking rape. I am a light sleeper when sober but a deep sleeper when drunk. I mean I must be being paranoid and my anus hurts from hemmoroids. There is a bump that hurts when I press on it in my anus. The bump has been there for a long time. I know for a fact it hurts and drinking has made it hurt before. But it usually only hurts when I press it. ---

I would consider highly unlikely you were raped if you were living in a room with 3 other guys. Unless these guys all knew each other and were in on it. Did these roommates of yours know each other? ---

1. HIV is not the only STD you need to worry about. 2. Since you are worried anyway, please do visit a clinic and find whether or not you were assaulted. 3. None of us can know whether or not you would have woken up during an assault. We can all find, with very little effort, thousands of stories of people assaulted under the influence. 4. You may be embarrassed or scared to visit a clinic. Please do it anyway. No one will force you to talk to the police or file charges. It’s for your health and peace of mind at this point. 5. Unless you were thoroughly ruffied and completely unconscious past the point of being able to wake up if some guy were/was raping your ass hard for 10 minutes, I’m going to vote no. You weren’t so passed out that you wouldn’t wake up from 6 to 8 drinks. Or even 10 to 12. You do seem to have pretty severe alcoholism, which is quite deadly in the long run and will make your life miserable in the short term for the duration of the long run as you live from day to day for your next drink. The fact that you get so drunk that you think you pass out and stick your nekkid bum up in the air with an “insert dicks here” notice might be a clue that you are near to hitting “bottom”. I’m sure your parents are proud of you. ---

OP, from the evidence you have provided, no, I don’t think you were raped. And here’s an outstanding truth - there are gay man all around you, all the time. And the vast majority of them are not rapists. Even the French ones. ---

You most certainly can take measures for preventing HIV infection. Post-exposure prophylaxis is a course of anti-virals that can be administered after potential exposure. They are not fun to take and come with many side effects, but they are pretty effective (though not perfect) at preventing infection. They must be administered within 72 hours of exposure, and are more effective the sooner you get them, so it is worth seeing a doctor if you believe you many have been exposed. ---
