# Washing machine won’t fill after moving

We just moved and I hooked the water lines up to the washer and plugged it in. It’s getting power and will run through the cycles but won’t fill at all. The water valves are on and hoses are connected correctly hot to hot and cold to cold. Water is running through the hose as evidenced by the full bucket behind it when I unhooked the lines at the back of the washer. Help please! Oh, and it is a top loading LG washer.
