When the two guys came up for the live action short, did anyone see the look of death the 2nd guy gave the 1st guy when 1st guy rambled on so long (with a few lame jokes about getting an extra 10 seconds and asking the conductor to miss his musical cue) that 2nd guy didn’t get to speak at all? Jerk. ---

I can’t get over that Annie Lennox has a tan. I don’t think I have ever seen her tanned… Very odd. Got a good elf look going on tonite tho. ---

Both the _Cold Mountain_ songs were boring. Peter Jackson is in long pants, and he is wearing shoes. For that, he must be forgiven for not having the tie tight around his neck and looking rumpled. I mean, come on folks–he’s wearing shoes! ---

Jerk. Yep. I saw it too. I thought, “Maybe I missed the other guy’s speech,” but nope. It just turns out his buddy needed all the time. ---

What’s with the “sounds of the oscars” bumpers? a) We’re not hearing anything new b) The damn show is long enough already. ---

You guys are so lucky with your 5 second time delay. For some reason they like to pretend that Hawaii is really in the eastern standard time zone and record and play later things like this. On a sunday even! It doesn’t start here for another 90 mintures. Rackin’ frackin’ varmints! Why watch when I already know all the outcomes. I hate it when they do that. ---

Does anyone else think Charlize Theron looks too tan? I don’t know if that’s it, or something else, and it’s just the tan that I notice instead of whatever is really different … or is she really tan? ---
