Can anyone suggest a program that can play a video in slow motion? The files on the disc (DVD) have the extensions .bup, .ifo. and .vob. The disc will not play under QuickTime or Windows Media Player. Dell Media Direct can play it, but it doesn’t have a slow motion option. I’m running Vista, if that makes any difference.

[MPlayer](http://www.mplayerhq.hu/) will do the trick. You can set the speed to whatever you want, and you can even step through videos frame by frame.
