before putting it in the ice cream maker? Or will it have a ‘cooked’ taste? If anyone is around today, please give me your opinion quick! ---

Probably tastes cooked. Raw juice works well. Maybe a little delicate if it’s not super ripe. You may want to augment it with something else, like lemon juice. ---

I’ve read to do that, or add mint, or chocolate chips for seeds. Well, thanks, I was all set to turn on the stove and a little voice said, hold on… If it doesn’t work out, I have a ton more watermelon to experiment with!
