Isn’t that the equivalent of six standard drinks (1.5 oz each X 6 = 9 oz = 266 ml =~ quarter liter)? My doctor describes “heavy drinker” at half that amount for someone my size (200 lbs) ---

Weekends I drink primarily beer at breweries. Weeknights it’s vodka at home. I’m recovering from a gout flare up that happened secondary to extensor tendonitis in my left foot. I stopped drinking cold turkey in an attempt to address my gout. No problems whatsoever! ---

I actually cut back a bit when I switched from beer to vodka (mostly for calorie concerns). I dropped 25 pounds, have been walking a few miles each day, and feel great. But I enjoy a nightcap in the evening and love visiting breweries. Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program means that I can smoke as much as I want, which also reduces my alcohol intake a bit. I looked up Nikolai and ugh, Seagrams owns it. When I lived in St. Petersburg the vodka to drink (not necessarily the best) was Ру́сский Станда́р - Russian Standard. I liked when I could find it in the USA too. I read because of Putin’s war you can no longer get the stuff in the rest of the world (Maybe China and Best Korea). I like how the russian word for vodka: ‘voda’ is the same word as water. All depends of the context. ETA: I wrote this is a Guiliani thread? Sorry! I guess all that talk about Churchill - whom at least Orson Welles had high praise for - got me off thread. Back to the thread: How does Rudy have 10 million in assets and up to 500 million in debt?
