But to show animosity towards them, pretty much means that they aren’t going to support you, nor does it encourage them to find common ground with you. Fine, they say (just like you), you want to call us names and ignore us because we don’t live in California or the East Coast. We’ll vote for Trump. If you continue to alienate them, they will continue to be alienated. Alienation did not work this time… ---

Since it is unlikely that Hillary will run again, I think that is a highly likely outcome which should give some unease to Trumpists. But I doubt it will, and they will be shocked to learn that majority rules more often than not. ---
