# We bottled wine for the first time today.

Drank quite a bit, too. My nephew invited us to go to a local winery to help bottle his stuff, have a bite and socialize. We had such a good time, we decided to make a vat ourselves. Chose a nice Oregon pinot noir. This isn’t bad: you get about 28 bottles of vino without the sulfides that give you headaches for $244. That’s less than $10 a bottle. Plus you learn how to bottle and cork and label and that kinda stuff. Okay, now I’m sleepy…
