I don’t think a streetlegal airplane with folding wings is what most people think of as a flying car. What’s wanted, IMHO, is something that is vaguely car- shaped that can vertically take off and land, the fantasy being landing it at home or at work. Moller has the right idea, looks- wise. But judging from the specs on[this page](http://www.moller.com/skycar-400.php), he’s batshit insane, besides being a conman.
