Once you start having courses of edible paper slivers, vinegar shots and mouth foams, you’ll wonder how you lived without them for so long. People who are always claiming about the high calorie content of restaurant meals might enjoy the convenience and efficiency of using eyedroppers. And who wouldn’t enjoy seeing the chefs practice extreme sports? ---

In Gilroy they have garlic ice cream. Not as bad as it sounds… But not good, either. ---

In Stockton there’s asparagus ice cream at their annual [Asparagus Festival](https://www.visitstockton.org/events/san-joaquin-asparagus-festival/). I haven’t tried it, so I can’t comment on whether it’s good or not. ---

I knew that name sounded familiar (Rand, not Geraldine). While he’s not necessarily famous, he’s extremely well known as “moz” (technically the company, but he was the blogger behind it for a while) in certain circles.
