well, if it makes you feel any better… i’m a Catholic, and i feel slightly depressed. yeah, i’m a flaming liberal. whaddaboutit? maybe it’s a sign of my possessing latent Talents after all – i just recently bought a couple nice Wands through eBay. i’ve often said that if i ever left the church, it would probably be to turn Pagan. ---

The only reason I care in the least is what I’m hearing about Benny’s being a fundy conservative type. I just don’t even want to consider what kind of trouble he’s going to stir up in our newly faith-ensorceled States. I can just imagine Bush taking anything he says as literal gospel really going to town on chopping up human - sorry - liberal values. ---

I’m not Catholic but I am surprised at posters who are dismissive of the spiritual leader of 1 billion people. Even though it’s not your faith, his election is very significant in world affairs. Ditto for having knowledge about leaders in China. ---
