I have back most of my Mod Powers in the last 45 minutes and am not getting logged out no matter what I do. I just banned many of the sock accounts members had to use a few days ago. Couldn’t do that until just now. Thanks, John and crew. ---

Seems to be normal for me too! But I, like **Morgenstern** , cannot seem to ban anyone either. Damn! _(“Will I be able to play the piano after the surgery?”… …“Good! 'Cause I couldn’t play it before!”)_ ---

SDMB Normal is not the same as In Real Life normal. Entirely different concepts. I think someone did a mathematical proof of it. ---

This is entirely accurate. " Dopes": A sitcom. Fade up from black. Dopes is filled with the quiet indistinct burbling of a dozen highly intellectual conversations, which oddly also sound like the background murmur of every sitcom ever shot. Ed Zotti ambles in and slides his taut ripped self up onto his stool. The bar erupts with a raucous cry of " ED !!! ". As he settles in the barkeep, TubaDiva, slides a fresh and foamy pint down the bar and loudly asks, " How’re those participles doin’, Ed" He calls out, " Dangling just to the left of center as always, Diva " as the bar is filled with the type of laughter frequently heard on a carefully processed laugh track. Hilarity ensues for the following 22 minutes. Fade To Black. ---
