Not sure if you’re asking me. But no, I didn’t.
I did put down a ton of white rocks though. Pics are above.
I think I’ll direct this thread to the main gardening thread.
So the rock project was a semi-fail. plenty of grass and weed came up through the rock.
I think I’ll have to pull the rocks up onto the walk and pull all the weeds/grass by the roots and then put the rocks back, packing them in as I go. I won’t use weed killer and we were trying to avoid barrier paper so the bulbs could spread over the years. Not sure how feasible this all is.

Unfortunately, I spoke from experience. I doubt “packing” will solve your problem, and feel such gravel is a challenging choice in most temperate climates. Good luck. Down the line you may get to experience the neverending joy of trying to REMOVE stones from your garden area. ![]()
