That’s impossible. The Texas Supreme Court only has jurisdiction in civil cases.
I also just did a search on mytexasbar.com for cases including the words “motorcycle” and “trespass.” It came up with only five cases, none more recent than 1985, and none even remotely relevant.
Sorry, but I’m still not believing it.
NP, I’m no expert on law, and this was at least 10 years ago that I read it, and I probably dont remember the details that well…I’ll let you know I find anything.
Give the motorcycle lawyers a call if you have the time an inclination. Considering they look like they’re actively seeking bike-riding clients, they ought to be happy to provide you info to back up their claims.
