Let’s be freakin’ honest here. If you thought that Obama and Bill Clinton were bad presidents, Hillary will probably be somewhere in-between them. If you thought that Obama and Bill Clinton were good presidents, Hillary will probably still be somewhere in-between them. Trump, once all the election silliness is over, might have the potential to be a good president. But the downside potential is catastrophic. New levels of bad. Dogs and cats living together, etc., etc. ---

While I agree the guy is being shitty, he’s revealed long ago that the 88 has to do with his year of birth (or something like that–I don’t remember exactly). And has not seen especially Nazi-like since. I also seem to remember him being on the autism spectrum, but I may be mistaking him for someone else. Also, he’s generally said he doesn’t actually support Trump. He just really, really hates Clinton. ---

There is giong to be widespread unemployment coming in the next few decades due to advances in robotics and AI. I’m sure people will blame whatever political party is in power or that they disagree with for this. But I don’t think the timeline for that is 2017-2020. This is more the 2020s and 2030s when we will see this, and IMO by 2040 barely 1 in 4 adults will be employed (maybe 50-60 million jobs in a nation that’ll be pushing 400 million people). ---

The very best scenario would be that he’d halfheartedly push a mostly conservative agenda with some populist and/or liberal ideas thrown into the mix, and listen to his advisors when they tell him a plan is stupid. But he _could_ also aggressively pursue a far-right agenda, see how far he can push executive power (putting other recent Presidents to shame), and start catastrophic wars. It’s difficult to tell, so voting for Hillary is a no-brainer since, no matter how bad she may seem, she won’t get anything accomplished since the House won’t flip. I mean, I personally don’t think she has a bad agenda, but that’s a moot point. Whereas if Trump wins, the GOP would retain control of the Senate and so he _might_ (or might not!) successfully pursue bad ideas in concert with the GOP. ---
