# Web designers, how do I create a FTP directory viewable in a browser?

Weird, they must be trying to make people think they are [1dollarhosting.com](http://1dollarhosting.com) Which I use & also which lets you do a FTP listing if you don’t have an index page.

Maybe because they charge $49 for setup ?
They are okay for a first site. You have to add for extras, like if you want stats, you add another dollar a month, tech support is free but kind of generic. I like [turboweb.net](http://turboweb.net) at the moment as they have a great site management screen & you get PP2BB or nuke for free. They are more per month but no setup charge as far as I know.
