# Web Hosting suggestions?

Anyone with any recommendations for web hosting devoid of problems?

The scope:

- Shared hosting for now
- Unix Server
- 750 MB - 2 GB web server space
- 6-15 GB data transfer bandwidth
- PHP 4.2
- MySQL 3.23 databases (at least 3)
- Perl/CGI
- Domain Name holding (at least 2)
- CPanel 5 or any control panel that isn’t Plesk
- 24/7 Customer Support, with at most 1 hour response turnaround time
- Webalizer web traffic statistics
- FTP Accounts (at least 7)
- Password Protected Directories
- Downtime that should occur on an average of once every quarter (3 months)
