Can anyone recommend a web site with information about different credit card offers and how to apply? Preferably a non-commercial, non-bisaed site that compares and rates different cards.

THANKS!

**nyctea** ,

I think the answer is, no such site.
However, if you don’t mind commercial sites, check out:

There are discussion forums on [creditnet.net](http://creditnet.net), and they sometimes actually rate cards. If you ask, you MIGHT get good answers there.
