Lately, I’ve been wondering, is there a website for music-based webcamming, where one could join in on jam nights or songwriters circles. I know that an all-out jam, where two or more people playing at the same time, would typically be out of the question, because all web-based video transmissions would have _some_ lag, but I’m thinking an organized, if somewhat informal, turn-based event should work fine.
I know of Stickam, where there are some musicians who like to play on there, but realistically, that site is mainly teen-hornball-driven, and the site is known for being terribly laggy.
Is there a site that’s more music-driven, where musicians can get together on cam?
If there isn’t, what would it take, to creat such a place?
