# webg designers (and others) - is this really a horrible website?

For usability: You should never use blue or even blue underscored for highlighting a title  
(on [http://www.topdogcuts.com/Top\_Dog\_Cuts/Our\_Services.html](http://www.topdogcuts.com/Top_Dog_Cuts/Our_Services.html))  
This is in default formating used to denote a hyperlink and people will click on it expecting to get to a new page with more information
