# Wednesday is WHATNOW!!??

i always wondered.  
Why is wednesday hump day and not, say, thursday?  
What does it mean?  
Who said this?  
Where was it first recorded?

Wednesday is called ‘hump day’ because it’s in the exact middle of the week, like the hump on a hill.

As to who first said it and when, I don’t know, I’ll look it up.
