These are actually the same book – Marcel Proust’s “A la recherche du temps perdu” – but with the title translated differently. “Remembrance of Things Past” was the title given the first English translation in 1930, while “In Seach of Lost Time” was used as the title for recent translations by Modern Library (1992) and Penguin (1995).
