# Weekly World News: Do they just make this stuff up or what?

My favorite one recently (I’m pretty sure it was WWN-- they’re all next to each other on the counter at the deli) was something about the Pope being crushed by a meteor. Yes, there was a picture. Tee hee!

I will _be_ a journalism school grad in about a month and a half, and would kill to get my hands on one of the Weekly World News “Press” hats they used to sell. Man, them’s credentials!

I have a secret (well, not anymore) desire to work for a paper called The Morning Sun, just so I can come bursting into offices in my Ros Russell reporter outfit and say, “I’m Golden from the Morning Sun!”

Damn. I’ve been following the Alien’s advice for most elections.  
Tell ya what. They cancel WWN, and I’m pissed. The cancel any rag like People, or National Enquiererererrrerr (hate saying that), and I’m hap-hap-happy.
