The thing about the WW leaders that I have encountered in the past is this: They’re people who have lost 10 or 15 pounds and ‘kept it off forever’ like this is some massive undertaking. 10 pounds compared to the 90 I started out to lose? NOTHING.

I stopped going to meetings. I was too jaded.

Losing weight is comparatively easy, in my observation, next to _keeping_ it off for several years. Lotsa people lose it, but it stays lost for a lot fewer.

So maybe it _is_ a major undertaking.

I would have more than minor issues (and far beyond physical) if I thought I needed to go on WW, **Guin** 🙂 I’m not entirely healthy, but in terms of BMI and such I’m probably slightly underweight. My father actually “scolded” me very lightly back when I was home because of this. Evidently he has forgotten the many years he spent being Twiggy to my Branchy (when he was younger, that is).
