My friend was telling me about a bizarre PS2 game the other night that’s sort of like a boardgame, but is card-based, and very, very Japanese. It still made it to the US, but is hard to find because of its tiny target market. I’d like to check it out - anyone know what it is? ---

I know a game came out for GBA about a year ago that may have made it onto the PS2. It was Yu-Gi-Oh - Dungeon Dice Monsters, I think. If not, it’s similar. And the 2nd installment of the Yu-Gi-Oh games on the PS2 also played like a board game, sort of. (I’m talking about the one after “something something…Roses… something”.) ---

Dungeon Dice Monsters isn’t card based. It’s a dice game, based off a three- (Or was it five?) episode arc from the show. I’m also pretty sure that there is no PS2 version of it. Can’t help you with the actual game though, sorry. ---

Really? I thought there were cards and dice and a board. Oh well, I _saw_ someone play it for like 2 or 3 minutes before I got bored of watching, and this was back when it first came out. Sorry. :o
