They still sell King Vitaman at my local Target. I once found Quisp there. Both are fave raves of my husband. I prefer the more piquant taste of Cap’n Crunch Peanut Butter. ---

I ate both Quisp and Quake–I preferred Quake. I even had the Quake doll and the Quake miner’s helmet. then they went and changed his look-- :mad: When I was twelve, ther was nothing better than a bowl of Baron von Raspberry, wahed down with a Shasta raspberry soda. I like Freakies–I even had the whole set of little rubber freakies. Wasn’t there a Cap’n Crunch cereal with little round orange-flavored pieces? ---

Anyone else ever have [Corn Crackos?](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_8OALe3rLo) I remember the cereal only because when I was in third or fourth grade, I was the smallest and weakest kid in my class, and my gym teacher kept telling me I should eat Wheaties. One day he asked what I had for breakfast, and I was divided between saying “Corn Crackos” (the real answer) or giving the response he wanted. I chose the latter alternative. Cowardly, I know. [Here’s an attempt by Post](http://mistertoast.blogspot.com/2005/12/cereal-box-spotlight-corn-crackos.html) to increase Corn Crackos sales by both introducing a rock ‘n’ roll theme _and_ offering Mr. Potato Head for fifty cents plus two proof-of-purchase seals. ---
