Well, it wasn’t intended as such. I’m not saying that the government isn’t testing secret aircraft; I’m just saying that if they are, they’re keeping them secret. If **jb\_farley** were in a wooden shack in the middle of nowhere, right next to a “restricted area” in the Nevada desert, then sure, he might have glimpsed a secret aircraft. But what would such a vehicle be doing over Philadelphia?
