# weird sign on problem when using mobile

ok, i went to use a tablet the other day to sign on and for some reason, it doesn’t complete the sign on …  
I put my name and password and it goes to the "your singing in click in the link if its being slow "  
and then it goes back to the home page … it takes 2 or 3 times to sign in sometimes  
using the sign in in the middle of the screen instead of the boxes in the corner helps sometimes but even that does it occasionally

Was this on Saturday when the system was up and down intermittently?

Are you still having problems signing in?

Is anyone else seeing this problem? Please indicate device, operating system, and browser … including what versions are being used here.

More data is needed. Thanks.

ok  
im using a samsung galaxy tab a and what ever version on android it runs on and factory settings (its my aunts) and chrome …ill see if i can find the info on it

and yes im on it now and it took 3 times to sign in

When you use incognito mode the system clears all your cookies at the end of the session and does not store that information, so when you return to the board the system has to set a new cookie.

Can you try it without private browsing and see if that resolves your issue?
