Close. I heard something similar and checked it out on IMDB. Their bio of Maya states:

“Here Minnie recorded “Lovin’ You”, her most famous single, in which one can hear her sing “Maya, Maya, Maya” at the end of the song; Riperton claimed that this song was used as a lullaby for Maya.”

A British member of Parliament doesn’t actually resign if she wishes to leave office early. Instead, she’s appointed to a minor royal post, which renders her ineligible to serve in the House of Commons. The post has no salary and no duties. If there are several resignations on the same day, the former MP may hold the post for just hours or even minutes: [Chiltern Hundreds - Wikipedia](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiltern_Hundreds)

> The “trivium” were “the lower division of the seven liberal arts at medieval universities, consisting of grammar, rhetoric, and logic.” Over time, the word evolved into the modern “trivia”, meaning minute factual details, often thought insignificant.

The other four liberal arts, if I have this correct, were mathematics, geometry, astronomy, and harmonics, known collectively as the _quadrivium_.

I’d love it if, with a few sfx, they could show DCI Jane Tennison being knighted by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace in front of a portrait of Queen ELizabeth I. Mirren could do all three parts. Heh.

Cate Blanchett has played Queen Elizabeth twice, in _Elizabeth_ and _Elizabeth: The Golden Age_. I once read an interview with the director, who hopes to make a series of movies about the Virgin Queen with Blanchett starring well into old age.

Blanchett also plays a masked CSI technician in _Hot Fuzz_; Peter Jackson plays a violent guy dressed as Santa Claus in the same movie.

He holds the record for the most nominations for an Oscar (8 for Best Actor) without actually winning one. His co-star in _Becket_, Richard Burton, has the second most nominations (6 for Best Actor, 1 for Best Supporting Actor) without winning.

They were both nominated for Best Actor for their performances in _Becket_.
