# Weird "You have been banned" message

I waas perusing the board this morning, and reported several spam posts, but hadn’t posted or replied to any posts, and got a “You have been banned” message. Immediately after emailing the contact us link (and I mean immediately, as in seconds later), I was able to log in and see the board again. Any idea why this happened? Was I really banned and unbanned?
