Well, I know from that site that it’s legal, plus I know a guy who’s done it. He was doing it kind of just because he could. A cop rolled around the block and back to talk to him to see if he sounded sane, but when he did, he was told to have a nice day. ---

Well, I know from that site that it’s legal, plus I know a guy who’s done it. He was doing it kind of just because he could. A cop rolled around the block and back to talk to him to see if he sounded sane, but when he did, he was told to have a nice day. ---
