There is, of course, a difference between those who reregister under a new name, who make no secret of it and pay their subscription which enables the administration to track and even consolidate their usernames, and those crayon-scribbling, nose-picking, publicly masturbating Joe Cools of serial sockdom.

One would hope that even the attitude challenged of the world could tell the difference.
