We usually have anywhere from 20-40 people in the house. Make what you make, and when they run out it’s too bad for everyone else. We’ll need snackies, side dishes, and byo beer. I don’t know yet if we’ll be doing burgers and hot dogs, or pit beef. Dave hasn’t decided so I don’t know. We’ll provide pop (soda for you Americans :P) and the main dish. ---

As far as the side dishes are concerned, let me think about what I’m good at making, what vegetables are in season now and what can feed a crowd that size.
