I have the same capabilities as TubaDiva and the other admins. Not necessarily the know-how - maybe you’ve heard something about that. 
I’ve said this in the past, but the admins don’t outrank the mods. Several of the admins have been on the job since the board was created or even before that, so we respect their experience, but it’s not a hierarchical deal.
I’m going to keep moderating the same forums I’ve been moderating. Most of the admins are active mods, too - Gfactor is one of the mods in the Pit, GQ, and ATMB, TubaDiva moderates ATMB, C K Dexter Haven moderates the Comments and Chicago forums. The administrative stuff doesn’t take up that much time.
I’ve been modding here for 3 1/2 years. Whatever sanity I had is either bulletproof or long gone.

If it’s major, sure. Well, you can ask, we may or may not do it.
Typos in thread titles, for instance, that you can’t fix yourself even within the edit window, we’ll generally be happy to do.
“I typed ‘teh’ instead of ‘the’ in the sixth line” – not so much.
