Did you know that military uniforms don’t have zipper flies? They’re buttons. And when you deploy for over a year and wear nothing for elastic-band shorts or button flies, you eventually get out of the habit of zipping anything. On my army pants, my hands would go button-button-button-belt. So when I put on jeans, I went button-belt. Repeatedly. For months. Every time. It’s been five years since then, and I still routinely forget to zip up. :smack: ---
