Just perusing this thread and it gave me some inspiration and an idea… Thai Pesto. See, this year I’m growing Thai Dragon Chiles which are doing very well in this crazy hot and humid summer and if I could get a hold of some thai holy basil seeds I might be able to get a late summmer crop, it’s doubtful though- might have to wait for next year. But it sounds really good to me, Thai Holy Basil, a couple of Thai Dragons, some roasted unsalted peanuts, garlic, a good olive oil (maybe a touch of palm sugar to balance it out… possibly a tiny piece of galangal and a squeeze of lime)… toss it with some good oriental noodles… possibly the wide rice noodles.
