My dream had nothing to do with my ex-wife or abuse, thankfully. I don’t really want to get into the details of it as it covered a personal/spiritual issue in which I got a real education at the cost of a lot of terror and frustration. ---

My husband corrects people CONSTANTLY over piddly stuff. Then he’s surprised when our son corrects his sister over stupid things. I’ve tried telling them both that half the stuff they’re correcting people on just. Doesn’t. Matter. For example, is it really important to make sure we all understand that no, the clouds are not white and puffy, but instead are mostly white with grey undersides? And do I really need to be informed every single time my southern Indiana accent creeps into my voice and I say ya’ll instead of you or ray-anch (instead of ranch when referring to the dressing)? No, no it’s not. However, my husband is really big on being as precise with language as possible to the point where I occasionally wish I could throw things at him. Sometimes I’m shocked we’re still married. Lucky for him, he’s got the most awesome sense of humor I’ve ever encountered, and when he’s not being overly precise, he’s a wonderful human being. ---

I just watched John Wick. It sucked haemorrhoid. Keanu Reeves is a hit man who takes down an entire mob outfit, killing at least 80 people in the process, because the mob boss’s son stole his car and killed his dog. It’s like Road to Perdition, if everyone in Road to Perdition was incredibly dumb and really bad at everything. ---

Fucking Target. People always say how other stores are evil, and Target is always better. Then how come Target thinks my ass is just there to be screwed every time. I need to buy widget. [Target.com](http://Target.com) says it is 60 bucks, not even on sale, it is just 60 bucks. Go over to the target store. It is $99. I say that is wrong, she says well I don’t know about that but if it is cheaper on line, you can go online to sort it out. I am skeptical, but she assures me. So I pay the $99 and check on line. Policy say you have to go deal with the store . :mad: fuck, I knew it. So here I am on a beautiful Sunday fighting with customer service. First guy I politely explain the situation. He say I have to go back to the store. I say “unacceptable, I need a manager” wait for ten minutes, get another peon. Go through it again slightly less politely. same routine, 15 minute wait, another peon. I go where I knew this would end up, saying if I don’t get help soon, I’ll go to the attorney general for false advertising (which isn’t an empty threat, I will and have before) So now I sit listening to Muzak again.
