Re Courmier–I had to read an interview of him for the same class. IMO, he came across as smug and righteous. He kept saying that since bad things happen to good people, he should follow that premise in his books. I don’t have a problem with that. I disliked his characterization of anyone disliking his characters or plot as being all rainbows and kittens etc. There is SOME middle ground, when last I checked…
