Got a fair amount done in my conlangā€™s lexicon for a ton\* of words. Now I just have the work I have to do by hand. Iā€™m trying to decide if I want to leave work early. Itā€™s empty here. - Useless Nyjichun fact: ā€˜tonā€™ means two. Itā€™s pronounced almost like ā€˜tongueā€™ though. ---

Now, if only I can get the idiots who \*love \*their speaker phones to shut their damned doors when theyā€™re talkingā€¦ Speaking of thinking, I guess itā€™s time I get to it. Iā€™ve got to figure out why the right side of the patch panel has half holes. Theyā€™re threaded holes that are literally centered on the edge of the part, so only half a hole is in the part. Iā€™ve been told the guy who designed this is an idiot, and this proves it! Once I figger out whatā€™s going on with the entire assembly, I can fix this part, I hope. Happy Wednesday! Morning, all. Spring here in VT broughtā€¦snow. About a foot, give or take. This seems to be one of those years where winter will just jump right to summer - cold and frozen, then 85Ā° and everyone is all like ā€œwha happened??ā€ And the storm didnā€™t even have the decency to wait one day - ONE DAY - so I could avoid going to a mandatory irk meeting two hours away tomorrow. A ninety minute meeting.
