Yesterday, as night came on, and it got cooler, I decided to go from shorts and t to pants and shirt. I stopped off in the bathroom for a pit stop, and as I was standing there I felt a strange yet somehow familiar sensation. Then I started shivering, and it turned into a full body shiver that I couldn’t stop. I managed to vibrate into the bedroom where I sat on the edge of the bed until it subsided. It wore me out. I put on robe and slippers and warmed up. It was 80 degrees! ---

Nothing unusual prior to the shivers. I think if I feel them coming on again I can stop them before they get out of hand. ---

Do you have a blood oxygen tester? Clips on the end of your finger? We used them during covid times to monitor our blood oxygen levels. ---

Both my husband and I have had similar shivers a day before we started showing other symptoms for covid. He’s also had chills before getting the pain that indicates a diverticulitis attack. Hope it was an one-off thing and you’re fully healthy the next day.
