# Well that's a pointless feature

If you hover over the last poster’s name in the forum index, it pops up the number of views and replies. Which are already shown 1/2" to the right of where you started.
Sometimes I wonder about these vBulletin developers.

Not so pointless as it might appear. Those two columns on the right of that page can be turned off if the admins so desire. Probably the same is true for those hover labels. The features _are_ kinda useless - as implemented here. But not necessarily as the vB developers intended.

this feature is used when you’re looking at your subscribed threads at the control panel, where there are no columns for views and replies.
