The Kellogg family/1900’s Battle Creek cereal business was a rich subject for a book, and the movie did a sort of decent job capturing it. What’s now the Kellogg’s cereal company was started by Dr. John’s rebel brother Will who added sugar to the cereal flakes (gasp!). And C. W. Post was a Battle Creek Sanitarium patient who allegedly stole Dr. John’s recipe to start his cereal company. ---
