The Art of War by Sun Tzu. I’ve always wanted to get through it, and if we have to get into a war sometime it should be useful. Less practical: Book of knitting and enough supplies to keep me from going squirrelly. (You’re asking the woman who brings four books on a four hour flight because she’ll have finished them all before the plane lands to pick just ONE book for a months-long trip not to mention however long we’re stuck there?) ---
