# Were Austrian Jews allowed to vote in the Anschluss "referendum"?

Yes I know the whole thing was for show and the vote was rigged, but it was held only a few weeks after Austria was annexed. Had Austrian Jews already been deprived of their citizenship, or did that happen afterward?
