Another thing hard to do during the quarantine – pick out a pediatrician. We thought at least we’d be able to schedule phone conversations with some of the doctors in the area, but one of the offices nearby won’t even do that. We did manage to schedule a couple with another office, but it’s weird that the first won’t even talk to us right now. ---

We had our pediatrician set up long before the birth, based primarily on friend’s recommendations, but these are drastically different times. Hope things settle a bit before your big day. ---

My wife is a pediatrician, her office is getting about 40% of their previous traffic, because parents are more worried about coronavirus than they are about unexplained rashes. But baby well visits haven’t dropped much at all, so they’re absolutely still trying to attract new parents to the practice. ---
