I remember when ice hockey goaltenders didn’t wear masks. Johnny Bowers comes to mind. But that was before the Americans started getting involved in the game. Now even the professional players are wearing helmets and face guards, just like the pussies in the NFL. ---

I played hockey, I’d get hit with a puck with padding, and it would hurt. Those dudes has balls of iron. ---

Also, it’s interesting that they’ve also removed all of the teeter-totters (or see-saws) from playgrounds in New York, but the street signs that indicate you’re in a playground area still feature to kids on a teeter-totter! ---
