Ok reading the longer thread, I have to wonder: are their flight attendants better trained than their pilots?

Unknown. However, it’s quite unlikely that any of their FAs has an opportunity to botch a landing.

It’s likely that, under these particular circumstances, the flight attendants had more information regarding post-crash danger in the cabin than the pilots, simply because they could see/smell smoke and actually see damage to the airplane.

Upon coming to rest, a large upper portion of the aft pressure bulkhead is still attached to the fuselage, but it’s torn and ruptured and at least half of it is gone (Picture).

According to the seatmaps, the back of the rear galley seems to hug the curve of the aft bulkhead, so it is plausible the rear of the galley would have departed the airframe.
