Were the North Korean and Chinese interception of US spy planes legal?

It’s copyleft. Take it with ya

Well boys, I see that your brand of ignorance is impervious to the facts. So I guess I’ll have to give up.

Frankly, to say that the “US cannot implement a foreign policy that is not acceptable to atleast (sic) a few of the important economies” is so incredibly, ridiculously, laughably stupid that arguing with you is pointless. (By the way, how did we go from “vast majority” to “atleast (sic) a few”?)

But I leave you with this…ever heard of the Kyoto Treaty?

ROFL. You need to take the Comprehension course now. the ‘vast majority’ is the term used when referring to the opposition, whereas ‘atleast a few’ denotes supporters. So, they do complement each other. But then again, how would you understand ?

I knew you would bring up the Kyoto treaty! Just confirms your distorted and dogmatic understanding.

What’s being discussed here is the applicability of outside forces shaping US foreign policy. Read that sentence again, if need be. You’re claiming that US is impervious to needs and constraints posed by foreign parties. The Kyoto Treaty is an United Nations-driven effort “in achieving its quantified emission limitation and reduction commitments under Article 3, in order to promote sustainable development”. BTW

Mispost above, ignore it.

Does not constitute foreign policy implemented by the US. Rather, it’s a refusal to honor provisions of an international agreement drafted at a global forum that US perceives to be affecting American industries and institutions in an unacceptable way.

If you don’t want to be observed blowing your spouse, don’t do it in the back yard. You don’t have a right to threaten or kill the guy who stands on the sidewalk and watches you.

If you don’t wish to have certain activities observed, don’t do them from where they can be observed from international airspace. Don’t threaten the airplane that observes what you were stupid enough to reveal.
